Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions
  2. Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, prospecting, and networking activities
  3. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend tailored solutions
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software suite
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive advantage
  8. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and technical) to ensure a seamless sales process
  9. Contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing and sales campaigns

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the software industry
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  3. In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions and their applications
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  6. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
