Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, prospecting, and networking activities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software suite
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and technical) to ensure a seamless sales process
- Contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing and sales campaigns

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, and digital marketing solutions and their applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
