Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
- Implement security and data protection protocols
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across backend services
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend elements with the backend
- Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
- Write and maintain documentation for backend systems and APIs
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, etc.)
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Express, Django, Spring Boot, etc.
- Proficient in working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiar with RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in agile methodologies and working in a remote team
